Reminders for staying at Granlibakken: 

•

Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. You will be able to store your bags with the front desk

staff if needed.

•

The prepayment link sent by Granlibakken allows you to provide credit card authorization ahead of your arrival. If

credit card authorization won’t be required, you can pay in full when you check-in. For questions about your

•

Reservations canceled after 6/30/2025 are charged one night’s stay per person.

•

No shows are charged 2 nights at the package rate. Participants who check-in a day late or checkout a day early

are charged the full package rate unless the alternate arrival/departure dates are confirmed 72 hours in advance.

 

Reminders for those staying Offsite:

•

Granlibakken Shuttles: Shuttles will start with 2 pickups in the AM; one around 7:00 AM and another around 7:30

AM. Traffic can be congested in and around Tahoe, so we suggest going for the earliest times. You can call

In the evening the shuttles will be scheduled on the noticeboard in the lobby or outside of the conference rooms.

The last shuttle is at 10:00 PM. You can use the free ride share service called TART Connect after this time.  TART

Connect operates until midnight. You should install the app for this service on your phone before you arrive in Tahoe

Parking on the Granlibakken property is free - no pass required! 

Please remember to pack appropriate layers - mountain weather can be unpredictable, with warm days and cool

evenings.
